Vinyl composition tile is in nearly every school hallway, cafeteria, and break room, and it only looks as good as its finish. Over time, layers of old wax yellow, scuff, and trap dirt. Miranda Shine Corp strips the floor back to bare tile, rinses and neutralizes it, then lays down multiple fresh coats of commercial floor finish and burnishes it to a deep shine. Between full strips, we can scrub and recoat or burnish on a schedule so the floor holds its gloss all year. It's the service in most of our gallery photos, and the one we're proudest of.
